Customer Reviews
Good variety, decent shipping time
I placed an order for several items, including the 'Lavender Dream' herbal tea, a glass teapot, and some honey sticks. The website was easy enough to navigate, though I did spend a little while browsing all the different blends. Ordering was straightforward, no issues there. My package arrived within 6 days, which was pretty standard for shipping to my area in California. Everything was well-packaged, the teapot arrived intact, and the tea tins were sealed properly. I had a quick question about brewing the lavender tea after it arrived, so I used their contact form. Customer service got back to me the next day with a helpful response. The 'Lavender Dream' tastes really good, very relaxing. The teapot works as expected, easy to clean. Overall, a solid experience and I'd consider buying from them again for the unique flavored blends.
Quick delivery, good tea
Ordered 'Earl Grey Crème' black tea and an infuser. Shipped fast. Tea tastes great. Infuser works. Happy with purchase.
Solid tea, minor website issue
I bought some 'Elderberry Bliss' wellness tea and a few tea storage tins. The tea itself is quite nice, a pleasant, soothing flavor. The storage tins are practical and keep the tea fresh. Shipping took about a week, which was reasonable. My only slight complaint is that a few product images on the site loaded slowly on my phone, making browsing a bit clunky at times. Customer service wasn't needed, so I can't speak to that. Good value for the quality of the tea, and I appreciate the organic options.
My new favorite tea spot!
I just got my first order from Sub Rosa Tea and I'm so happy! I tried the 'Maple Pecan Delight' dessert tea and it's absolutely delicious, exactly what I hoped for. The aroma when I opened the tin was amazing! I also grabbed a matcha whisk which is perfect. Everything came so quickly and was packed really well. I'm already planning my next order for more of their fruit tea blends. I'll definitely be telling all my friends about this place!

Is Sub Rosa Tea actually organic like they say? Or is it just 'natural' ingredients and marketing speak?
just signed up for their newsletter, got a 10% off code. can i use that with another promo, like if there's a holiday sale going on?
How does Sub Rosa compare to David's Tea? Been a long-time David's fan but want to try something new, especially for unique flavors.
Hey guys, thinking of getting some tea from Sub Rosa. Anyone know how long shipping usually takes to, say, California? Need it before a trip next month.
I'm looking at getting a few different blends, but also eyeing one of their glass teapots. Does that 'free shipping over $75' deal apply to everything, even accessories?
